This is a Shake It Up fanfiction about Rocky doing very intimate acts with CeCe after losing a bet. Initially it is about very intimate acts one should do with their best friend, but in reading later chapters it seems like they are made to become more of a lesbian couple than just best friends. Only the first chapter is sickfic with CeCe vomiting on Rocky and getting pleasure out of it.
