Ron is in the hospital and says Hermione's name leading to Lavender making a curse to make Hermione sick. Mostly the sick in this Harry Potter sickfic is just nausea, but Ron does actually puke in the beginning and there is a lot of nausea with Hermione and Lavender in the rest of it.
