This is a quick Sherlock fanfic with a crime scene that really doesn't seem that squeamish making John vomit. Yes, if you really think about, it is a squeamish way of murder, but on the surface not so much. Sweet Sherlock taking care of John although somehow it seems too out of character. Not too graphic with the vomit, but it's a quickie overall anyways.
