This Sickfic is about the actors on a Teen Wolf. In it Tyler Hoechlin is the main one sick, but really it's most everyone on set with the stomach flu. Not much description of the vomit, but does have hurt/comfort with Dylan O'Brien taking care of him. More friends than anything, but hints at least at Tyler loving Dylan.
